Clementine Home Care is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) / Caregiver to join our team in Phoenixville, PA.

Job Responsibilities :

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00pm - 9 : 00am

Assist the client with bedtime preparation and routines.

Ensure all hygiene-related tasks are completed before bedtime.

Support with meal preparation for the client.

Ensure the patient remains engaged and safe at all times

Build a genuine connection with the patient and provide companionship

We Offer :

• Competitive wages   - $19 - 20 / hour  (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level).
• Mileage compensation   (currently 67 cents per mile) between cases
