Mental Health Case Manager II-Therapist (Non-Exempt)

Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and mercy service standards. Position Details : Education : Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling or other human-service related field. Licensure : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required. Only a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is accepted at Mercy Hospital Perry. Experience : Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred. Certifications : Other : Preferred Education : Preferred Licensure : Preferred Experience : Preferred Certifications : Preferred Other : Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills.
