Area Sales Director

The Area Sales Director is the driving force behind a team of Care Transition Coordinators. With your guidance, your team exudes the confidence needed to exemplify our brand's unique distinction in the eyes of stakeholders. As such, you champion their efforts by making sure they are best equipped to foster trust and build confidence with referral sources so that they can achieve impressive revenue and referral growth.

As the Area Sales Director, you will :
Recruit, hire, develop and retain a high-performing sales team that can grow to up to 12 team membersUtilize tools and market knowledge to understand market dynamics and identify productive sources of growthDevelop market specific sales strategies in conjunction with your supervisor and work through your team to execute on these strategiesActively engage with each team member through one-on-one mentoring to help them grow and develop their territory and their professional skillsCollaborate closely with branch leadership to address issues, overcome obstacles, improve service levels and expand growth potentialNurture a culture of accountability and teamworkEmbrace ownership of sales objectivesSkills for Success :
