Title : Control Engineer-Cabinet Design (PLC Specialist)

Location : Houston, TX (Onsite)

Duration : 6-12+ Months

Must Have : Siemens PLC S7-1500, industrial control system design

Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop control cabinets for industrial automation systems.
  • Configure and program Siemens PLC S7-1500.
  • Prepare wiring diagrams, schematics, and control layouts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PLC systems.

Skills & Requirements :

  • Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PLC S7-1500.
  • Knowledge of industrial control system design and electrical drawings.
  • Familiarity with field instrumentation and control panel components.
  • Good understanding of automation standards (IEC / ISA).

    • Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in control system design and implementation
  • Familiarity with industrial automation platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
