We're looking for an experienced professional to guide, grow, and mentor our Environmental Group in Draper, UT. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a thriving practice, collaborate with a highly skilled team, and play a key role in shaping our environmental services across the region.

This position will be responsible for leading the environmental business line for our Draper office working directly with area leadership to set business projections, define growth goals, and implement strategies to achieve them.

Key Areas of Responsibility :

Technical & Project Management

• Lead and review technical work, including site assessments, compliance studies, feasibility analyses, remedial design, and system operations.
• Oversee and / or participate in the preparation of various state and federal environmental documents.
• Oversee and / or participate in field activities including noise collection, wetland delineation, and other field surveys.
• Manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget goals are met.
• Maintain a strong focus on health and safety in all project work.

What You'll Need :

This hybrid job operates between an office environment and a field environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. May require occasional exposure to work environments that may include inclement weather, heat, humidity, noise, hazard, atmospheric conditions, and bodies of water, depending on project requirements. While performing the duties of this job, physical demands of the employee may include frequent talking, hearing, standing, moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, balancing, coordination, and occasional sitting or operating a company vehicle. This job may require lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 35 lbs.
