Physiatrist / Pain Medicine with High Productivity Bonus potential - EMA Puget Sound – Tacoma, WA

EMA Puget Sound, a physician-founded and owned private practice, is recruiting two full-time Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physicians (including Pain Medicine or Sports & Spine subspecialties). This well-established single-specialty PM&R group is based in Tacoma, Washington, and offers a supportive, collegial environment with long-term partnership potential.

Position Highlights :

Outpatient practice, no inpatient or hospital call

Monday-Friday schedule (flexible Mon-Thurs option)

Join a team of 7 physicians and 1 APP

Advanced in-office technology : Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, EMG, PRP

• Typical patient panel : 60-100 per week

Call shared only once every 6-8 weeks

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive production-based earnings (confidential during recruitment process)

Full benefits package including medical, retirement, and malpractice

CME allowance : $3,000-$5,000 annually

Vacation : 3-4 weeks plus holidays

License and DEA reimbursement provided

Candidate Requirements :

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation training required

Pain Medicine or Sports & Spine subspecialty welcome

New graduates (2026) and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
