Our client is a U.S.-based fast-growing e-commerce consultancy that helps brands dominate on Amazon and Walmart through data-driven strategy, disciplined execution, and transparent communication. Operating more like a consultancy than an agency, focused on delivering measurable growth, not vanity metrics.
The head of growth will own the full marketing strategy and execution, building systems and processes from the ground up. This role requires someone who can define priorities, create both outbound and inbound engines, shape messaging, and lead initiatives across content, paid media, email, partnerships, and operations.
You don't need to be a specialist in every channel, but you must be strong in strategy, direction, and ensuring execution. The role works closely with the CEO, with visibility into core business goals, and has the flexibility to hire freelancers, contractors, or adopt new tools as needed to hit targets.
