Job Description

: Supervises culinary staff and provides culinary expertise in food preparation service, assuring proper production techniques, portion control and plating standards are applied according to menu, recipe, and department standards.

Work Schedule & Pay

• Sous Chef to support Catering, Retail, Training & weekend support
• Work Schedule : 40 hours per week
• Primary Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm
• Flexibility to support additional functions between 5 : 00am-6 : 00pm for catering needs
• Required : Flexibility to support business needs & cover weekends every 4-6 weeks
• Pay : Minimum $ - Max $ (dependent on years of experience)
