Ability to effectively exchange information clearly and concisely present ideas report facts and other information respond to questions and employ active listening techniques. Ability to apply the principles of independent logical analytical thinking to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Strong experience with Microsoft packages including Project PowerPoint Word and Excel. Ability to build trust and demonstrates integrity in all circumstances. Ability to work with and empower others on a collaborative basis to ensure success of unit team. Ability to effectively present budgetary and / or cost information and respond to questions as appropriate. Other related skills and / or abilities may be required to perform this job. Bachelors degree in a related field. Masters degree in a related field preferred. Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Continuous learning as defined by the Companys learning philosophy is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.

Engagement Description
- Responsible for supporting HEDIS operations audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives related to the CMS Star Ratings program.
- The role will collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to develop implement and monitor programs ensuring compliance with HEDIS requirements and audit standards.
- Key duties include gathering and summarizing performance data analyzing results to identify gaps and driving actionable improvement plans.
- The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and project management skills strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on data integrity and regulatory compliance.
