Job Description
- Develop, manage, and optimize production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements
- Monitor product profitability and contribute to pricing and cost-analysis strategies
- Lead initiatives to reduce manufacturing costs and increase operational efficiency
- Document and maintain procedures for manufacturing operations and process improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Engineering to resolve customer issues and production challenges
- Oversee all aspects of product quality, including KPIs and customer-facing performance metrics
- Support research and development of new products and processes
- Act as a liaison with customers as needed to resolve technical, quality, or delivery concerns
- Communicate production and quality-related updates to operational staff and leadership
- Lead and mentor production teams, focusing on performance management, training, and safety
- Develop long-term plans for staffing, equipment, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality management systems (, ISO), and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization
- Procure raw materials and factory consumables in collaboration with supply chain or procurement teams
- Champion lean manufacturing practices such as 5S, Kanban, standardized work, and visual management
- Support cross-functional teams in continuous improvement and operational excellence efforts
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations (experience in extrusion or similar processes is required)Strong understanding of lean principles, process improvement, and cost managementExperience with production planning, workflow optimization, and inventory controlProven ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environmentPreferred skillset :
