About your role : As a User Experience Designer I , you will contribute to the user interface design process across various development and marketing projects. You will work closely with the software development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly software. Your responsibilities will include : Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to develop optimal end-user design solutions. Design intuitive interfaces that organize and simplify complex data. Architect and design user interfaces and interactions for web and mobile applications. Gather user research using systematic methodologies, both internal and external. Apply research findings to improve user portals. Develop solutions that meet requirements and accommodate various user scenarios. Design and construct web pages for corporate and client projects. Design and localize applications for mobile and web platforms. Support the creation of print and digital marketing materials. Create vector imagery for documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. What we’re looking for in you : Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 0-1 years of experience in design and creative production. Previous experience with Boston Scientific (employee or intern). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and other design software. Experience in web and / or mobile interface design. Knowledge of web standards (XHTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Experience with JavaScript frameworks like jQuery or Dojo. Understanding of printing processes and packaging files. Preferred Qualifications : Master’s in Engineering Design Innovation. Proven ability to create clean, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing designs. Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to prioritize and work effectively in dynamic environments. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to take on multiple roles as needed.
