Adherence support and participation in all safety activities / programs / policies Shift Supervisor / Lead : Additional duties include : 1. Supervision of production operators 2. Coordination with scheduling in Plano (as necessary) 3. Fill in as backup to Production Superintendent (DOA by Production Superintendent) 4. Lead tailgate meetings with operators 5. Attend meetings 6.
