Pay Range : $21.00-$23.00 per hour

About the Role

The Facilities Coordinator ensures the reliability, safety, and functionality of our manufacturing facilities by coordinating maintenance, managing vendors, and supporting space and project planning. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and janitorial services.
• Conduct safety and maintenance inspections , addressing potential issues promptly.
• Support office and facility layouts, including furniture installations and workspace relocations.
• Optimize space utilization to align with manufacturing and operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Implement and monitor safety programs and emergency response plans.
• Manage facility projects from planning through completion, tracking budgets and timelines.
• Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring service quality and adherence to contracts .
• Provide administrative and coordination support for facility operations as needed.
