Title - Onsite Supervisor

Tenure - Ongoing, Contract

Location - North Las Vegas, NV, 89030

Hours - 10 PM - 8 AM

Pay Rate - $23 - $25 / hr.

Start Date - ASAP

About the Role

Were looking for a motivated and an Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily workforce operations at client facilities. This role is ideal for someone with staffing or recruiting experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working directly with people, and can effectively supervise teams in industrial, warehouse, and light manufacturing settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of field associates at client sites.
  • Ensure staffing levels meet client production goals and expectations.
  • Support recruitment efforts by participating in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding as needed.
  • Conduct employee orientations, safety briefings, and performance check-ins.
  • Act as the primary onsite contact for both client managers and associates, addressing concerns and resolving issues quickly.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Promote a safe and positive work environment by enforcing company and client policies.
  • Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives to maintain workforce stability.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in staffing, workforce supervision, or team leadership (manufacturing or warehouse preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish. (Preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working onsite with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required for site visits).
