As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible, and engage with individuals to provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

This position is primarily a driving post and driving duties may be required.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
