Compensation :
This role involves learning and applying operational practices, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safe and reliable operations in coordination with foremen, operators, mechanics, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities Learn and support daily operations of gas compressors and compressor facilities Maintain housekeeping standards across operating areas Handle on-call duties, including driving a company vehicle to assigned locations Learn to use appropriate tools, identify, diagnose, and repair / replace equipment Perform basic troubleshooting on compressors and related systems Maintain up-to-date reporting of facility operations and fulfill JBPE requirements Interact daily with foremen, compressor operators, mechanics, and lease operators; work alongside contractors as needed Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor Demonstrate technological efficiency in daily tasks Required Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 2.5+ years of prior mechanical or oilfield-related experience preferred Prior experience in compressor gas lift operations strongly preferred Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record required Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to learn compressor operations quickly Ability to work independently during night shifts and in a rotational schedule Additional Information Assignment Type :
