Sales Estimator – Precast Concrete Turnkey Installations Pomona, CA — Onsite Only (No Remote / No Hybrid) $75,000 – $85,000 base + commission (OTE $115K–$135K+) Full-Time | In-Office About American Precast Concrete (APC) At American Precast Concrete, we design, manufacture, and install custom precast concrete systems for residential, commercial, and public works projects across California. Our turnkey model—spanning design, estimating, production, and installation —allows us to deliver efficient, scalable solutions with exceptional quality and client satisfaction. Estimating & Proposal Development Review bid invitations, drawings, and specifications Perform takeoffs and calculate labor + materials for precast systems Identify scope gaps + value engineering opportunities Prepare accurate, detailed proposals using company pricing standards Track historical pricing and outcomes to strengthen future bids Sales & Client Engagement Follow up on bids and proposals — drive them to award Build relationships with general contractors, developers & owners Conduct outreach via calls, CRM activity, and project networks Participate in pre-bid meetings and coordination calls Maintain clear records of bid progress, client conversations, and results Design-Side Influence (Growing Focus) Engage architects, structural engineers & landscape firms Introduce APC precast systems early in the design phase Promote “precast in lieu of masonry, CMU, or wood” Support getting APC products written into specifications Cross-Functional Collaboration Handoff awarded projects to operations & PM teams Confirm scope, schedule constraints, and site access Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot (preferred) Share market intelligence & competitor pricing with leadership What We’re Looking For Required Experience : 3–5+ years in construction estimating or construction sales Ability to read blueprints and perform takeoffs Familiarity with scopes, specs, and construction sequences Preferred Backgrounds : Precast, concrete, structural, or specialty trade estimating Bid boards, plan networks, or construction CRM tools AEC relationship building (GCs, architects, engineers) Tools & Skills : Bluebeam Revu Buildertrend or estimating platforms HubSpot CRM (or similar) Strong written and verbal communication Organized, deadline-driven, proactive follow-up Compensation & Benefits $75,000 – $85,000 base salary Uncapped commission (OTE $115K–$135K+) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 3% employer match Paid holidays + PTO Employment Type : Full Time Years Experience : 3 - 5 years Salary : $75,000 - $90,000 Annual Bonus / Commission : Yes
