Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Strategies : Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy plans aimed at achieving functional success
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions : Use evidence-based strategies to bolster patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and patient-centric care
• Educate Patients and Their Families : Train patients and caregivers on therapy techniques to encourage ongoing progress at home
• Track and Assess Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure patients stay on track towards their goals
