Head of People Chamber Cardio
Chamber Cardio Transforming Cardiology Care U.S / Remote

Role Overview
We're seeking a Head of People to join our leadership team and help shape Chamber's culture, leadership, and growth trajectory. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be a strategic partner on our leadership team and help define the foundational strategies across culture, performance, talent, DEI, operations, and more. You'll collaborate closely with the executive team to drive our organizational effectiveness, people strategy, and other culture initiatives.

- Architect and lead a forward-looking people strategy grounded in Chamber's business priorities, culture, and long-term growth ambitions
- Design a strategic, competitive compensation philosophy that supports performance, engagement, and equity
- Translate Chamber's Values and Business Principles into a comprehensive culture and talent development strategy that will ensure a high-performing, sustainable organization
- Champion an empowering, connected, and high-trust culture that attracts and retains exceptional talent
- Lead initiatives on leadership development, talent retention, succession planning, and employee engagement to ensure long-term organizational health and success
