About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Product for Data and AI Platforms to join our team. This critical leadership role will spearhead the strategy and execution of our enterprise-level data and AI platforms. Your focus will be on real-time analytics, batch processing, and generative AI capabilities. In this role, you will define the long-term vision and roadmap for our products, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives. You will lead and inspire a team of product managers, guiding them in delivering high-impact solutions. Key responsibilities include :

• Overseeing the development of cutting-edge generative AI capabilities.
• Managing a diverse portfolio of data products.
• Fostering collaboration with engineering, data science, analytics, and infrastructure teams.
• Leading team initiatives while emphasizing product marketing and internal adoption.
• Driving continuous improvement through performance tracking and industry trend analysis.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 7 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. A proven track record in building and scaling data or AI platforms, preferably in a cloud-native setting, is essential. You should possess a deep understanding of modern data technologies, including streaming and batch pipelines, data lakes, and analytical stores. Experience with generative AI models and public cloud platforms is crucial.

To excel in this position, strong collaboration skills, the ability to manage multiple roadmaps, and excellent communication skills are a must, particularly in conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional experience in product marketing, internal adoption, and compliance governance is a plus.
