Job Description
As a North American Service Parts Manager , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing key supply chain processes to ensure operational efficiency and support business objectives. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of handling a diverse set of responsibilities from new product setup to strategic forecasting and reporting.
You will collaborate with various teams, including product management, engineering, repair ops, sales, order management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain functions. Your ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple priorities will be essential for success.
Responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience :
Proven experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
Experience with demand forecasting, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
Skills :
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Oracle EBS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Travel : Occasional travel across the USA and internationally is expected.

Target Base Salary Range : $65,900 - $85,000
