• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field;

Proven experience with Elasticsearch engine technologies.

Strong understanding of information retrieval concepts, ranking algorithms, and relevance tuning.

Design, implement, and maintain search relevance algorithms and ranking functions within Elasticsearch.

Analyze search logs and user feedback to identify patterns and opportunities for relevance improvements.

Customize Elasticsearch query and indexing strategies for optimal search performance and accuracy.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java.

Familiarity with machine learning techniques and natural language processing (NLP).

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
