60+ minutes for new evaluations, 30+ minutes for follow-ups

Ages 8+ in clinic, mostly adult patients

Most frequent cases : depression, PTSD, opioid addiction

Fellowship training or C&A certification a plus

Comfort with Suboxone preferred

Hospital privileges required

Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
