Job Type : Contract, 6+ months

🛠 Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead NPIs for process, facility, equipment, materials, and training modifications
  • Develop and manage project execution plans and end-to-end schedules
  • Coordinate across Process Development, Capital Projects, and Supply Chain teams
  • Drive Change Control generation, implementation, and closeout
  • Utilize Smartsheet for project tracking and reporting
  • Mitigate risks and ensure timely resolution of project challenges
  • Provide onsite leadership and support during occasional extended hours in peak phases

    • 🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or Management (Masters preferred)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience (15+ years strongly preferred)
  • Background in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Proven success managing NPIs and facility expansion projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Risk mitigation and problem-solving expertise
