Las Posas Veterinary Medical Center is seeking an experienced Medical Director to join our leadership team!
As Medical Director, you will oversee the medical operations while maintaining the highest standards of veterinary care that our clients have come to expect over the past 32 years. The ideal candidate will have strong surgical skills, proven clinical leadership, the desire & passion to mentor our medical team, and help drive the continued growth and success of our practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide medical leadership and mentorship to our veterinary team
- Ensure delivery of high-quality medicine
- Maintain and enhance medical protocols and standards
- Participate in recruiting and developing veterinary talent
- Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Maintain an active clinical schedule while managing leadership duties

Required Qualifications :
