Job Overview
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing new business by signing new customer accounts, expanding existing customers, and re-engaging former customers of Delasco. This position involves developing relationships and working closely with customers for feedback, then strategizing on the best course of action to win a larger share of business or win back lost business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Act as a problem solver for client concerns, ensuring prompt resolution of service or product-related issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and follow-ups to understand client needs and maintain engagement.
- Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and proactively reach out to potential customers.Maintain and actively manage a sales pipeline of revenue opportunities and timelines to meet growth goals.Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products or services to increase revenue.Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.Account Management & Retention
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract closure and renewal.Negotiate contract terms and pricing, as appropriate, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.Reduce customer churn by providing exceptional service and solutions that enhance client satisfaction.Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.Provide client feedback to internal teams to support product improvements and innovation.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions to enhance sales effectiveness.Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Track sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools.Generate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics for executive review.Use data insights to refine sales approaches and drive better business decisions.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.Minimum 2-5 years' experience in Sales Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar sales role, ideally selling a portfolio of products.Benefits :
