Job Description & Requirements

Shift : 3x12s, every other weekend(36 guaranteed hours) no flexibility, no block

RTO : 5 days RTO Max (cannot be consecutive). No Holiday RTO. No RTO the day before or after a holiday.

Population / Unit : Units included in float pool : Burn ICU, CCU, Medical ICU, SICU, Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU - Up to ratios -1 : 2, 1 : 4, 1 : 5

Cook is a mandatory float facility.

Required Skills : BLS, ACLS, Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, Arterial Line Management, Central Lines, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive Drips, BiPAP / CPAP, Ventilated Patients & Management, Interpretation of ABG's, Suctioning, Isolation Precautions

Requirement : Locals ok (75 miles is local rate - $88) Cerner (preferred), license in hand, 2+ years of ICU experience, first time traveler = ok
