About The Position

License : Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required

Certifications : AMSR, BLS (AHA), CPI

Must-Have :

• Traveler candidate must be able to pass a background check and license checks with no findings
• Must be trained to do facility crisis evaluations in the emergency department
• Experience with pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients required
• Supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment required
• Traveler must have their own vehicle

Description :

The position requires a social worker to conduct assessments and evaluations.

Candidates must be able to work independently.

Traveler candidates must have AMSR and CPI certifications.

The role includes managing crisis situations effectively.

COVID vaccination is required, and travelers must provide proof of vaccination status.

Requests for time off must be noted in the profile, with a maximum of 5 days accepted during the assignment.

All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission and will not be approved after an offer is made.

Travelers may be required to wear a mask while on site.
