About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for a specialty hospital with a focus on acute care. The ideal candidate for this CNO position is an experienced Acute Care Manager or Director in a hospital setting, ready to take the next step in their career. The CNO will be responsible for leading a nursing team of about 40 FTEs, including 2 direct leaders, and must have a strong background in nursing supervision and leadership, with at least 3 years' experience in overseeing an inpatient bed unit.
