What You Will Do As a Data Visualization Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that support critical operational and quality-driven initiatives. You’ll act as both a builder and a strategic contributor—leading the development of scalable dashboards while driving business alignment through strong product ownership. This role requires someone comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior leadership to ensure reporting tools deliver meaningful, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Include : Leading the design and development of enterprise dashboards and analytics used across business and clinical operations Collaborating closely with data engineering teams to transform, model, and source data using best-in-class practices Translating stakeholder needs into clear documentation, reporting requirements, and KPIs Acting as a technical product owner, managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder education Driving enterprise alignment around data standards, performance measurement, and reporting accuracy Who You Are You are an experienced BI professional with the technical expertise to build robust reporting solutions and the communication skills to drive business impact. You have a product mindset, a passion for clean, scalable data architecture, and the ability to create clarity where others see complexity. You are confident presenting to business leaders and comfortable managing evolving requirements in agile environments. Qualifications : 5+ years in business intelligence or data visualization Advanced Power BI development skills (Tableau experience welcomed) Solid foundation in relational and dimensional data modeling Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries using SQL Server Management Studio Experience working with Azure Data Services including Data Factory, Data Warehouse, and SQL DB Familiarity with Databricks is preferred Background in Agile delivery, product management, or stakeholder-facing roles Ability to lead conversations with non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on data definitions, metrics, and reporting strategy Core Tools & Platforms Power BI SQL Server / SSMS Azure (Data Factory, SQL DB, Data Warehouse) Excel Databricks (preferred)
