Pay Ra nge : $19.00 / $19.00 Hourly

Job Description

Principal Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders from stored inventory according to customer requirements.
• Ship orders within required time commitments and complete all associated documentation accurately.
• Communicate with leads, supervisors, and planners regarding fulfillment issues or potential problems.
• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials and products.
• Verify documentation such as packing lists, labels / travelers, and any other required paperwork, ensuring it is complete and processed properly.
• Identify, investigate, and participate in process and procedure improvements to enhance performance.
• Maintain and update inventory as required.
• May serve as an informal team lead to coach less experienced team members.
• Frequently collaborate with management, the integration team, and cross-functional partners such as Supply Planning, Inventory Control, Engineering, Production, and Outbound. Often acts as a primary point of contact to coordinate efforts across departments.
