  • Supervise and manage daily accounts payable operations
  • Manage vendor relationships, including vendor onboarding, issue resolution, statement reconciliation, and communication of payment status
  • Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to ensure accuracy in cost allocations and project coding
  • Supervise, train, and mentor A / P staff; promote professional development
  • Maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with SOX and company policies
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
  • Support approval authority delegation changes and sign-offs
  • Identify and assist with process automation or system enhancements to improve efficiency

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • 8+ years accounts payable experience
    • 4+ years supervisory experience
    • Upstream exploration & production experience preferred
    • High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
    • Self-motivated with proven leadership skills, team player, comfortable working under pressure, and dedicated to team development.

      • Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
