About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team and make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals and families. As a BCBA, you will coordinate and deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, and adaptive life skills training. You will provide clinical oversight and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure top-quality care in accordance with industry standards and funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct supervision and mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to integrate services (IEPs, ISPs)
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with funder and regulatory requirements
- Adhere to clinical policies, BACB guidelines, HIPAA laws, and accreditation standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, families, and stakeholders through reports and meetings
- Participate actively in team meetings, training, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required with active licensure or certificationMaster's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Strong expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), functional analysis, behavior acquisition, and reduction strategiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teamsProven ability to supervise, train, and support RBTs and other clinical staffKnowledge of HIPAA, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standardsStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with technology and data management systems related to clinical documentation
