The Product and Services Marketing team is tasked with crafting market strategies and managing product lifecycles, including identifying customer needs, conducting market research, determining pricing, positioning and promotion, managing branding, and coordinating distribution to foster customer loyalty, drive sales growth, and enhance profitability.
Job Summary
The Senior Reconciliation Specialist will take charge of planning and coordinating logistics for conferences, congresses, and events to elevate product and brand visibility. Responsibilities include preparing new product information, negotiating event space pricing, establishing event agendas, and setting up exhibition displays with promotional materials. This role also entails managing budgets for programs and tracking lead generation stemming from these events.
Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert in retail pharmacy reimbursement processes, particularly in receivables.
Lead customer implementations, maintenance, training, and collection efforts in the designated region.
Manage the sales pipeline for Reconciliation from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
Provide regional reports to sales leadership, including scorecards related to close rates, opportunities, and goal achievements.
Proactively interact with customers and field resources as needed.
Serve as the primary contact for escalated customer inquiries and requests (tier 3) across all regions.
Conduct customer analyses within the assigned region to ensure optimal remittance data automation.
Oversee training needs for customers, the ISF, and the Managed Care Support Team, including hosting regular webinars.
Analyze Central Pay payment data and produce concise recaps highlighting trends and irregularities, with a focus on identifying potential credit risks that require immediate action.
Communicate relevant updates within the region to key internal stakeholders including sales, operations, and marketing.
Qualifications
2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
