This role will require up to 75% travel to the Mirabel Engine Centre located in greater Montreal, Canada area.

What You Will Do :

• Drive and meet all key metrics related to quality, delivery, and cost reduction
• Accountable for the creation and execution of standard work, leading continuous improvement activities across the line
• Provide leadership and direction to the operations team setting both near term, and long term operational objectives focusing on the tactical, but supporting the Product Director in more strategic planning
• Collaborate with support teams (quality, materials, supply chain, process planning) to ensure that customer requirements are met
• Work proactively to address issues and engage the workforce in achieving product line goals
• Ensure full involvement in CORE continuous improvement initiatives; utilize CORE tools to improve production, performance, and reduce scrap, rework, and repair
• Drive quality (effective RRCA), productivity and process flow to meet MRP requirements while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ability to travel up to 75% to the greater Montreal, Canada area
