Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to adapt to new technology platforms. Strong strategic thinking and operational awareness are necessary to align governance with business Strong organization and project management skills. Ability to process vast amounts of information, monitor an ever-changing environment, and align processes and systems to maintain integrity and controls. Regular Driver's License Paralegal credential is a plus. Location : Hybrid within service area states of DE, PA, MD, OH, VA, NC, GA or FL with periodic travel as needed

Your role in our success :
This position plays a pivotal role responsible for managing the Company's day-to-day governance activities. This role involves working closely with the Company's senior management team on corporate governance matters, public company disclosure requirements, subsidiary compliance, and transactional governance matters.
