New Patient Coordinator

Kansas City Allergy and Asthma is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to create a new and unique patient experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is critical to the organization as it ensures :

A positive first impression with each of our patients

A positive relationship with our referring sources

Strengthened relationships with all of our referral sources

Improved patient access

Optimized schedules for our Physicians and Nurse Practitioners

Enjoy educating patients and team members

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Communication, Marketing or Hospitality Management from an accredited university.

You will be responsible for the following :

Communicating with each patient to ensure the best experience and first impression with our practice.

Counsel and guide the patient to ensure maximum use of patient and organizations' time.

Building and maintaining relationships with our referring sources.

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve company visibility and patient experience.

Demonstrate success by tracking and analyzing above responsibilities and communicating results on a consistent basis
