Senior Principal Product Manager OCI Console AI Strategist

Lead the strategy and user experience for Oracle Cloud's Console, pioneering conversational AI and generative AI solutions. Drive user-centric innovation at scale. Excellent executive communication skills, technical depth, and proven AI product leadership required. The Oracle Cloud Console is the gateway for customers building and managing all aspects of their cloud environment. In this IC5 Product Manager role, you will redefine the Console experience by leveraging conversational AI, large language models, and generative AI. Your mission : deliver proactive and reactive intelligence through responsible, adaptive, and intuitive agent-driven experiences. You'll bridge advanced research and practical product execution, partnering with engineering teams to lead the ideation, prototyping, and delivery of safe, reliable, and innovative AI solutions. This role demands deep technical fluency in modern AI / ML systems as well as leadership in driving product vision and adoption in ambiguous, cutting-edge domains.

Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays; paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
