Essential duties and Responsibilities :
- Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
- Providing recruiting reports on a weekly basis
- Assist HR Department with employee on-boarding activities
- Aid with I-9 and other relevant documents
- Distribute, review and process all new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and following up, when necessary
- Additional duties may be assigned
Qualifications and Requirements :
High School Diploma (Associates preferred) and a minimum of 1-year HR experience with a proven facility in date entry, customer service, and problem resolution.
