We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Event Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring the successful delivery of events that meet our high standards. This role combines sales, planning, and coordination to create seamless experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, décor, and entertainment.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and budgets for client events.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
Attend events to oversee execution and address any last-minute changes or issues.
Track event performance and provide post-event reports to clients.
Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
