We are currently seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent / Occupancy Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring compliance with HUD regulations while helping prospective residents find a place to call home."

  • Pay rate is based on experience.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Prior experience in affordable housing, leasing, or occupancy preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HUD guidelines and compliance processes a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
