New Site Build Expertise : You have experience with new site builds (search rings). SAQ Process Knowledge : You are able to forecast and understand SAQ processes left to right for new builds and modification projects. Modification Project Experience : You have experience with high volume, fast-paced modification projects. Regulatory Knowledge : You possess a strong understanding of zoning codes, local ordinances, and industry regulations. Negotiation Skills : You are a skilled negotiator with the ability to secure favorable lease agreements. Organized & Efficient : You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Lease Reviews and Tower Loading understanding. Ability to navigate industry tower owner applications and processes. Able to understand and manage tower owner applications and processes. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Ability to travel when needed. Term : This is a 6-month contract position with possibility of extension. Pay Range : $38.46 - $40.87 per hour depending on prior experience.

Are you a results-driven and detail-oriented Site Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in the telecommunications industry?
We are seeking a skilled Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the MNP Market. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of site acquisition, including candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting.
About the Role :
- Site Acquisition & Leasing : You will handle high volumes of modification applications, leasing, and permitting, navigating tower owner portals and managing required documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance : You will review and understand new jurisdictions, local ordinances, and zoning codes, ensuring compliance throughout the process.
- Lease Negotiations : You will coordinate with landowners and clients during lease negotiations, negotiating rent and lease terms, and preparing lease document packages.
- Permitting & Zoning : You will take sites through permitting and zoning processes, if required.
- Project Management : You will provide regular status updates, manage purchase orders and check requests, and coordinate with other managers, consultants, and contractors.
Travel & Client Interaction : You will travel to sites and work in client-designated areas as required, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.

A Strong Communicator : You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills :
Successful completion and passing score of all mandatory company certifications.
Additional Requirements :
Must be a US Citizen or able to work for any US employer without Visa sponsorship.
