A highly successful and prominent retail business in the Ft. Lauderdale area is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is more than just an admin role—it’s an opportunity to become the CEO’s trusted right-hand partner and play a pivotal role in the company’s ongoing growth and expansion.
What You’ll Do :
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s inbox
- Make calls and draft / send emails on the CEO’s behalf
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, projections, and follow-up items in Excel
- Communicate confidently with VIP clients, internal teams, and vendors
- Anticipate needs and handle tasks independently with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
- Juggle multiple projects while staying highly organized and proactive
