The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare projects (preferred, but not required), and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions that improve the built environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and production of architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver functional, innovative, and sustainable solutions.
• Prepare and review design documents, technical drawings, and construction specifications.
• Support project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
