ROLE IMPACT
The Office Administrator ensures smooth day-to-day operations by providing vital administrative support across departments. This role serves as the face of the organization for callers and visitors, while driving efficiency in scheduling, event coordination, and office supply management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage front-desk activities, including phone calls, visitor greeting, and mail / package handlingOversee inventory and replenishment of office and kitchen supplies across multiple locationsCoordinate meetings, room bookings, and support company-sponsored events and webinarsAssist department heads with travel coordination, note-taking, and internal communicationsMaintain organized, clean, and welcoming shared office spacesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years’ experience in office management or administrative rolesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and confidentialityEQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Regular use of phone, computer, and office equipmentAbility to lift up to 25 lbsWork involves sitting, walking, and standing as neededLow to moderate noise level in a professional office settingLEGAL NOTICE
