Treatment Coordinator

Were looking for a friendly and caring Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team! If you enjoy helping patients understand their dental care and love working in a positive team-oriented environment wed love to meet you.

Responsibilities :

• Welcome patients and make them feel comfortable discussing their treatment options
• Review treatment plans clearly and honestly so patients understand their care and financial options
• Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage copays and out-of-pocket estimates
• Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments
• Manage accounts receivable including posting payments and following up on outstanding balances
• Follow up on pending insurance claims to ensure timely payment and resolution
• Keep accurate patient records and communicate with both patients and the clinical team to keep everything running smoothly
