Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist
Serving Students Ages 3–5
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech and Language Pathologist to join our dynamic early education team. This role focuses on delivering specialized speech and language services to young learners (ages 3–5) as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The ideal candidate is committed to advancing inclusive and equitable educational practices. Speech-Language thrives in a collaborative, student-centered environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction based on IEP goals and schedules
- Serve as a case manager for students whose sole services relate to Speech and Language
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments following state guidelines
- Participate in IEP development and ongoing implementation for assigned students
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and administrators to align supports
- Consult with staff and families to facilitate effective communication and progress monitoring
- Design instructional tools and strategies to help students succeed in general education settings
- Support the development of social communication and language skills in inclusive settings
- Champion the mission, vision, values, and professional ethics of Caliber Schools in all interactions
