Key Responsibilities

• Provide a gracious check-in for our Spa & Fitness guests.
• Provide tours as necessary.
• Responsible for the upkeep of spa locker rooms the replenishment of items available to guests utilizing the spa locker rooms.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Fitness areas.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Spa facility.
• To execute the standard of the Spa in the set-up of amenities and décor.
• Having excellent working knowledge of all positions services products operations systems and procedures within the spa / salon.
• Knowledgeable about all Spa service treatments offered seasonal treatment promotions.
• Understands the basics of the spa menu and products to communicate knowledgably with guests.
• Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment furniture and products to maintain the facility and prepare for special events.
• Provide the proper and safe guidance to our guests residents and their guests to operate and care of all health club equipment including gym equipment free weights bicycles steam room and handicapped lift.
• Assist Members / Guests with use of sauna steam lap pool.
• Stocks related inventories to include linens and towels.
• Approach all encounters with members guests and employees in an attentive friendly courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Positive attitude service passion & attention to detail.
• Enforce all Spa and Club policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
