• 8-9 hour shifts with 5-10 shifts per month typically
• 16-24 patients per shift averaging 2.2 patients per hour
• Central line placement, lumbar puncture, moderate sedation, chest tubes
• Holiday coverage needed for Thanksgiving and Christmas
• Preference for evening and weekend shifts
• 15 shifts needed in March
