Beacon Hill is looking for call center reps to support a one month project for rental assistance support! These roles require candidates to be reliable and speak either English / Spanish, English / Russian or English / Mandrain. You will be support this role from home (remote) using your own equipment. This is a great opportunity to get some extra cash around the holidays!
Hours : Mon-Fri, 8am-5pmEST (7am-4pmCST)
Salary : $17 per hour
Project Dates : Nov 6th-Nov 29th
Job Responsibilties :
- Make outbound calls for individuals who are on a waiting list for rental assistance.
- Recieve inbound calls regarding their wiating list status
- Request missing informaiton from application if assistnace is still inquired
- Provide professional and positive customer service to customers on quesitons they have on how the waitlist works.
- Other duties assigned.
